WONDERFUL flavor! I cut the recipe in half since there are only two of us. I used brown sugar instead of white. This is the way we always have our sweet potato casserole in the South! I make this recipe at Thanksgiving, and each year it gets rave reviews! I typically skip the marshmallows & almond extract, and substitute agave nectar for the sugar in the potatoes. Thanks for posting!
