Simple, just like I remember Mom making. Very flaky, but a touch difficult to work with (it tends to break easily when being rolled out, which makes sealing perfectly beautiful pasties and other pastries a little difficult, but I'm willing to sacrifice malubility for home-made taste for most things) Ultimately, it gets the job done.
