This is a very good dip. I added some ancho to make it a little smoky and extra garlic.

This was great and easy! I used fat free cream cheese, mayo and sour cream and it still tasted great! I also substituted 1/2 tsp horseradish for garlic, peppadew cheese for the monteray jack and a mild and sweet mustard for the dijon.

This dip is great. I made the recipe just as written and at first I wasn't sure I liked the cumin, but it really was a good addition. I like the idea of adding a little ancho or chipotle powder too and may try that next time.

This dip is delicious. I made it for a party tomorrow (a pre-Mardi Gras party) so I sauteed the onion, garlic and cumin in a little butter and combined the remainder on the stovetop. I added a little cayenne for a kick. Many thanks to the 'Zaarist who suggested it.
