I made these on Sunday for our Thanksgiving dinner celebration, so good! Very easy and a little different than a regular pumpkin pie, loved them! Got rave comments from family!

This is one of the best desserts I have ever made. It is so good warm out of the oven.

These come out like a deep dish pumpkin pie. Not only does reduced fat cream cheese work well, I was also able to use Splenda for the brown sugar and half of the white sugar. Lining the baking pan with foil really helps reduce sticking and makes it so much easier to remove the bars from the pan.

I made these a few weeks ago (right after the recipe came out!) and they are excellent. I threw a few chocolate chips into the streusel topping just for fun.
