- 118.29 ml canned pumpkin or 118.29 ml cooked pumpkin
- 226.79 g can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 473.18 ml shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 70.87 g package dried beef, finely chopped
- 14.79 ml finely chopped onion
- celery leaves
- assorted cracker
directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin and pineapple.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, beef and onion.
- Shape into a ball; place on a serving platter.
- Score sides with a knife to resemble a pumpkin and add celery leaves for a stem.
- Serve with crackers.
