      i thought this was great! I didn't have a whole lot of time for dinner prep and after peeling and boiling the potatoes it was practically done! The only thing was, we are not HUGE eaters but this was only about 3 servings for us. I did use a small casserole dish but the 2c covered it perfectly. Well thanks!!

      My kids didn't like the way it looked and one refused to even try it. It turned into a mush after being cooked, like a stew. However it tasted very good and my husband LOVED it. We tried it half with cheese and half without. It was very good both ways but better with the cheese.
