    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli , thawed &, well drained
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 (2⁄3; ounce) envelope good seasons mild Italian salad dressing mix
    • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese , divided
    • cracker

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. 2
      Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
    3. 3
      Stir in broccoli and 1 ½ cups of the cheddar cheese.
    4. 4
      Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or ovenproof crock.
    5. 5
      Bake 20 minutes.
    6. 6
      Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
    7. 7
      Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted.
    8. 8
      Serve with crackers.
