I made this for a New Years dessert....really good and minty! Chocolate and mint are hard to beat! I think it tasted even better after being in the fridge for a couple of days. I used a homemade oreo cookie crust, but a chocolate graham cracker crust would be good too. Thanks!

There is not enough words to describe, how good this mint chocolate pie is! No baking required, either!

Yummy green pie! Lots of creme de menthe flavor and so easy to make ahead. This would make a great hot weather dessert. I used one box of Andes mints, chopped, but if you can find them, Andes makes baking bits that would make this even easier. I rarely use premade crusts, but have to admit the Oreo brand was very chocolatey and complimented the pie nicely. Looks soft and creamy, but the texture of this pie is firm and slightly spongy from the gelatin and marshmallow creme combination. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
