  1. Fry bologna until lightly browned.
  2. Prepare creamed potatoes.
  3. Real or boxed kind or use leftover.
  4. Place bologna on plate and top with potatoes.
  5. Then top with cheese.
  6. Microwave it for about 15-30 seconds.
  7. Or until cheese has melted.
