Chia went nuts and sent me lots of corn syrup in the mail, so now we get to have all sorts of wonderful corn-syrupy desserts. And this pie is one of them. We adore pecan pie, and if you add chocolate to it, that makes it 300% better. I'm not a fan of pastry pie shells, so I used some pecan cookies and crushed them to make the base.
