      Cook pasta according to directions, omitting salt and undercooking by 2 minutes.

      Drain Meanwhile, heat oven to 375 F degrees.

      Mix pasta, sauce, cottage cheese, sour cream, spinach, scallions, salt, pepper in a bowl.
