Excellent fudge...As pretty to look at as it was to eat! I used a candy thermometer and removed it from the heat at 230 degrees, which produced a perfect, creamy, NON-GRITTY consistency. The entire batch disappeared on Christmas Eve, with numerous recipe requests.
I just made your peanut butter fudge for my son on his birthday. I couldn't buy him a gift but I did have the ingredients to make this recipe. God bless you for shareing such a wonderful recipe for others to enjoy. This is the best peanut butter fudge I've ever had. I know my son will love it. Thank you.
